It was approved by the membership at the 112th ISALC Convention to go to Bloomington, Indiana for the 113th ISALC Convention in May, 2012.

Local Branch 828 will host the convention with legislative training provided by the State Executive Board. Contract Training will be determined by KIM Region NBA Pat Carroll, RAA Jeff Fultz, RAA Troy Clark
